EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are not happy with your purchase
from James Built Saddlery we will be more than happy to replace it with an item
of another color or another product of equal or greater value. We
would, however, appreciate a letter accompanying the item being
exchanged with your reasons for exchange. Please double check your measurements before placing your orders, as we cannot be responsible if we are given the wrong measurements. 

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars, with the approximate US dollars listed somewhere near.  However, US Exchange rates change on a daily basis, so for up to the minute currency exchange, please click on this link to be taken to XE.com, a very valuable currency exchange resource.
